“Today, on 18 December at 6:05 AM this company started pouring concrete, waking me up even though I had closed windows and earplugs. They showed no respect for neighbours by working outside permitted hours. When I raised it, staff were rude and arrogant — one even said “we just do our job.”
I also spoke directly with Mark, the owner, who was absolutely arrogant and dismissive. I asked if he knew his workers had started at 6 am. His reply was simply, “how can I help you?” I explained the situation, and he repeated the same line. When I suggested he could at least apologise, his response was “what for?”
The site supervisor tried to justify the early start by saying they had to pour concrete because of the hot day. That’s not an excuse. It’s Australia — there are plenty of hot days — and it’s their responsibility to provide proper PPE and plan work safely without disturbing residents. Expecting the community to just accept unlawful noise shows a lack of professionalism and care.
Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who values respect or accountability.”

Our team then installs the formwork and reinforcement to give the concrete something to hold onto and to shape. This is a critical step to ensure a durable finish. - Concrete Pour
With everything in place we mix and pour the concrete, making sure it’s smooth and efficient. Our team monitors the pour to avoid any imperfections and achieve a flawless surface. - Finishing & Curing
After we’ve poured we add the finishing touches, whether it’s a smooth polish or textured finish. The concrete is then left to cure and harden over time. - Final Inspection
